Lonavala - Valvan is a famous Hill station with abundant natural surrounding of Sahyadri ranges, located about 95kms. from Mumbai and 63kms. from Pune. This place has a history of being land of action for the warriers of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Society has acquired ‘6’ bungalows near Narayani Dham in Sukhawani Villas project and same are made available as ‘Rest House’ to the members of society and their families from 2nd July 2021

• Each Bungalow is comprising of ‘3’ Master Bed Rooms, One common Hall, Kitchen, Balcony and Independent Drivers room.
• All rooms are fitted with Fans, A.C., Cable TV., Double door Refrigerator and Intercom facility
• Bedrooms have Bed sheets, Pillow cover and Blankets
• ‘15’ persons can be accommodated in each bungalow.
• Garden and Parking facility is available.

• Application forms for reservation are available at all the branch offices of society but Reservation facility is available only at Dadar office of society.
• Presend members of society, members who retired after 2016 and employees of society are eligible for this facility for themselves and their family members
• If reservation is made for a group and group members are employees of the BEST Undertaking then that group will be given first preference.
• Period of Day is from 4pm to 3pm on next day

• One Master Bedroom (for maximum 4 person) …….. 2000/- per day
• One Complete Bungalow (for maximum 15 persons) …………. Rs. 3000/- per day
• For every additional person ………… Rs.300/- per day

Note:-
1) Applicable G.S.T. is payble in addition to above charges (present rate of GST is 18%)
2) Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 1000/
3) Facility for Tea, Breakfast or Meal is not available at the Rest house and hence the above charges are excludings these expenditure.
